Hyatt Place coming to Managua, Nicaragua??

International hotel chain Hyatt Place plans to build a new hotel next to Managua’s Galerías Santo Domingo shopping mall within the next six months, according to various media reports. El Nuevo Diario reports that Hyatt Place Managua will cost $16.2 million to build and will have 140 rooms, aimed mostly at business tourism. Construction of the hotel will coincide with two other Hyatt Places that will be built in San Pedro Sula and Tegucigalpa, Honduras—all within the next six months. The hotel chain then plans to build two additional hotels in the capital cities of El Salvador and Guatemala, for a total investment of $81.5 million in Central America.
